Bushcat Airplane which is now available
in the United States

David will tell us about this unique ‘bush’ plane and why this affordable plane is now becoming popular in the United States. We will also examine how Rainbow is committed to the environment and the elephant and rhino population. We will talk about World Wildlife Foundation and how we can get involved as travelers and lovers of the African animal populations.

David grew up on a ranch in Zimbabwe, Central Africa where he says his family occasionally chased cheetah or ostrich driving to school. After finishing high school in South Africa in 1970, he did national service in the South African Infantry, with duty on the Mozambique and Namibia/Angola borders.

After attaining a BSc in ecology at the University of Natal, in 1975 David hitchhiked around Europe and ended up in Israel as a volunteer on a kibbutz where David served 6 years in the Israeli Tank Corps.
