Dead Sea Jordan Breaks Guinness World Record with Largest Human Floating Image

Creating the Largest Human Floating Image at the Lowest Spot on Earth
We have been delighted to work with Mona Naffa and her team at Monaco Business Development in Amman Jordan. Here are the results of a dedicated group who brought to life an image on the beautiful Dead Sea Jordan and on the way, they broke a previous record made by surfers in the Pacific Ocean off Southern California . 


Oct 31, 2014 -- Dead Sea Jordan – Monaco Business Development announced today that Destination Dead Sea Jordan broke the world record of the largest floating human image in the world on Thursday October 30th 2014. The event was witnessed by a Guinness World Record Representative. 

In total, 261 employees, staff and management collaborated to create the human peace sign. For the first time, teams from the Crowne Plaza Dead Sea Resort and Spa; Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea; Marriott Hotel Jordan Valley Resort and Spa; Movenpick Resort and Spa Dead Sea; Kempenski Hotel Ishtar Dead Sea; Winter Valley Warwick Resort and Spa; Dead Sea Spa Hotel; Hilton Dead Sea Resort and Spa, and the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center worked together to break the Guinness World Record.   The employees, a mix of Jordanians and Expats, wore matching colored shirts and locked hands to form a Human Peace Sign.  The winning signal was announced a 11:16AM Jordan time.

The Dead Sea Jordan, the lowest spot on earth, is recognized worldwide for the Bapstism Site of Jesus Christ,  award-winning wellness and medical spas, International hotel brands, a state-of-the art Convention Center, and the source of the Dead Sea cosmetic therapeutic muds and salts. 

The Guinness World Record was organized by Monaco Business Devlopement, a marketing company based in Jordan promoting products, services, and concepts to local and international markets and Ziyad Mazzawi Corporation, a production company based in Amman, Jordan.  The Guinness World Record-the Largest Floating Human Image was supported by the Jordan Tourism Board and US media partner TravelTalkMEDIA.
