If you are in London on the 10th and 11th June you will have the opportunity to hear, first-hand, the experiences of pilots, flight attendants and passengers who have found themselves embroiled in disruptive passenger incidents.

- from a Captain whose aircraft controls were seized by a schizophrenic passenger,

- from a flight attendant who had to restrain a passenger and summon law enforcement intervention, and

- from a deportee who, whilst resisting deportation, suffered broken bones as a result of injuries incurred
